Disco is a small, people-first company that aims to be the best in the world at building software to help merchants grow their business.
We help our clients (and make our money) by developing products (our focus product being Submarine), based on the knowledge we've built up over the years in the Shopify ecosystem.
Our customers tend to be larger merchants who are using the Shopify Plus platform. We are certified Shopify Plus Partners, which means that we are recognised as experts and leaders in the Shopify ecosystem. We are actively involved in the Shopify community and try to share our knowledge and help other Partners and merchants whenever possible.
We have an office in Melbourne, Australia, with team members in Newcastle and Brisbane. We support flexible work hours, work from home, and remote work, while also providing a comfortable office environment for collaboration and connection.

Disco's mission has two complementary parts - one external, the other internal.
Our external mission is to be hands down the best company in the world at building software that helps merchants succeed. This requires us to deliver work of an exceptional standard, to always leave our clients and customers with a positive experience, and to be constantly earning the respect and trust of our peers and colleagues.
Conquering the world is all well and good, but at the end of the day it's more important that we're happy about the work we're doing, who we're doing it with, and the impact it's having on our own lives and the lives of others in society. We therefore have an equally important internal mission: to build the company we want to work for, that genuinely prioritises people and values over profit, and serves as a role model to our industry.
