Why?

We need to ensure that the limited resources we have for product development are spent in the highest-impact areas. Pitch Meetings are short sessions that allow us to evaluate how much time we have available for product development work over the next six weeks, and based on that to prioritise what we'll be tackling.

What?

A 1-hour pitch meeting is held by the product development team. Prior to the meeting, anyone involved

Who?

The Product Manager runs the pitch meeting and makes sure that all agenda items are covered. They are responsible for making sure

The Technical Director is present to keep an eye on the amount of work being taken on by the team, to confirm that Pitches are sufficiently fleshed out prior to acceptance, and to put forward any Pitches coming from the development team.

Anyone else who has prepared a Pitch for consideration in the cycle is welcome to join.

When?

Pitch Meetings are held every other (even) cycle on Jog Week Mondays.
